Sources say that RaNa interested on this offer but he wants to talk with his father Suresh Babu then he will take the decision.

Nikhil Siddhartha's "Kalavar King" on February 25

Nikhil Siddhartha and Shwetha Basu Prasad’s movie "Kalvar King" is slated for a release on February 25, 2010.The film release is being postponed few times already, but finally the producers have decided to take on this project. The film is directed by L Suresh and produced by D S Rao and N Chandrasekhar Rao under Sai Krishna Productions banner in association with Sri Dhanalakshmi Productions. Music is done by Anil. Nikhil plays the role of a mimicry artist in the film. The film will be humorous and fun-filled entertainer.

The film is set in the backdrop of city and the hero is someone who has no iota of thought for studies or family. All he knows is tricking people. Kalavar King shows what happens when such a youth falls in love. The film will also have loads of entertaining scenes between Nikhil and Ajay, who plays a villain. Anitha of Nuvvu Nenu fame will be seen in a special song.
Nikhil is playing a naughty role and comedians like Ali, Venumadhav, Dharmavarapu, Raghubabu will be seen. Kashi Vishwanath, seen playing father's role in some films is also playing a character in the film.

Samantha with Jr NTR in 'Brindavanam'

New debutant acctress 'Samantha' with Naga Chaitanya in the movie Ye Maya Chesave is all set to act as second lead in Jr NTR’s Brindavanam movie.Kajal Aggarwal is playing the first lead.Dil Raju is producing the film in the direction of Vamshi Paidipalli (Munna fame) under Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. S.S. Thaman is providing music for this film.The movie will be a complete family entertainer and it will be releasing in summer.

‘Yagam’ Movie completed censor

Latest upcoming Navadeep's movie ‘Yagam’ has completed censor formalities and the film is due for release late this month but there are many doubts about the release because the makers of the movie as not happy with some scenes in the movie and want reshoot. But the director is said to be confident of the scenes and wanted no reshoot. Bhumika and Kim Sharma played female lead roles.

Raju and Praveen are producing on Silver Screen movies banner while Downtown Films is presenting and Thammudu fame Arun Prasad is directing this movie.

‘Varudu’ completed its Shoot !.

‘Varudu’ with Stylish Star Allu Arjun movie almost completed the shooting part except for a song. DVV Daanayya is producing this movie under Universal Media Banner and directed by Gunasekhar. Music is scored by Mani sharma. The song will shoot it in the first week of March. New comer is playing the heroine opposite to Bunny. Tamil actor, Arya is playing the villain role. Movie makers are planning to release this movie on 26 March.

Gopichand is now busy with the movie Golimaar under the direction of PURI. The latest news is that mass masala director B.Gopal is directing a film with Gopichand. Producer Bujji has roped in him for his next film with Gopichand as hero. Bujji’s earlier film with Gopichand, Lakshyam, was a smash hit. This movie will hit the floors after completion his current movie, Golimaar.

Gaayam -2 In Bankok

Gaayam movie was a block buster hit and that was a turning point in Jagapathi babu’s career. His character in the film Durga was the highlight of the film and he’ll be named same in the sequel of Gayam 2 also.

Jagapathi babu’s sequel Gaayam2 will be going to abroad for its shooting from 25th February. The film is directed by Praveen Sri, a student of Ram Gopal Varma. Produced by Dr. Dharma Kartha, the film has Vimala Raman playing the female lead opposite Jagapathi babu in the film. The film is currently canned in Bangkok.

NTR 's 'Shakti' In Jaipur

NTR Jr, who is shooting at the majestic Amber Fort in Jaipur for his film Shakti.

Although the film was launched in Hyderabad, director Meher Ramesh chose the Pink City for its mahurat.

But when the South has plenty of historic places, why Jaipur? Says Ramesh, “In 2002 I came here and was smitten by the city’s beauty. Since then I’d wanted to shoot a film here.

The director is stationed in Jaipur for 15 days with a crew of 275 people. “Apart from Amber fort, we’ll shoot at Galta, Anna Sagar Lake and Jodhpur as well,” he says. But he rues about the shooting locale being very expensive, “I am being charged Rs 2 lakh per day for every location in Rajasthan, which is very expensive. When one of my friends heard about the charge he dropped the idea of coming to shoot here,” says Ramesh.

Rana to romance with Bipasa Basu

Rana, who is making debut as hero in Sekhar Kammula’s Leader, has struck gold again. He is entering into Bollywood even before his first film in Telugu released. What is more he has got the chance to romance the sexy Bipasha Basu in his first Bollywood film. Titled Dum Maro Dum, the film has Abhishek Bacchan, Partiek Babbar, Aditya Panscholi and Rana. Bipasha Basu will be playing the glamorous junkie from Goa opposite Rana Daggubati in the film.

Tamil Version "Vikramarkudu" is kathi

SS Rajamouli and Raviteja's "Vikramarkudu" may have been an average grosser at the box office when it was released some years ago, but the same will soon be remade in Tamil. The film will star Karthi as the hero, who will be doing double role.It will be directed by Shiva, the director of action-based Telugu films Sowryam and Shankam, with Gopichand in the lead. To be produced by Studio Green's K Gnanavel Raja, the film will go on the floors in the month of March.
Karthi's popularity has increased in the recent past, especially after the release of his second film Ayarathil Oruvan, though it is doing only an ordinary business in TN.He will be seen in the role of a police officer in the film, which has loads of commercial elements interspersed.Details of other cast and crew are not yet known. It is to be seen if the film fares better than the original version.

Prabhas Father Passed away

Prabhas father Uppalapati Suryanarayana Raju passed away this morning. He was admitted to the KIMS hospital in Hyderabad due to an illness sometime back. He is the brother of veteran actor Krishnam Raju.He had produced many films under the banner of Gopikrishna Movies, noted among them being Bhakta Kannappa, Krishnaveni and Amaradeepam. Several noted personalities from Tollywood have consoled Prabhas and his family.

Prabhas 'Darling' In last Shooting Schedule

Darling starring Prabhas directed by Karunakaran is wrapping up the last schedule. The climax will be completed in a day or two and two songs are left to be picturised.

It is being made under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Cinechitra India (P) Ltd. GV Prakash Kumar scores music, editing is by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao and cinematography is by Andrew.

Jr NTR’s to wedlock Pranathi in September

Jr NTR’s marriage with Pranathi will be held in the month of September 2010.She is the daughter of Natr Srinivas Rao who is the owner of Studio N channel. It is Jr NTR who postponed the marriage as he is busy with his shootings and other professional assignments. His engagement is going to be held on April 1st at Hotel Novotel in Hitex where only family members of both the sides will be present.

Meera Jasmine's 'Akasa Ramanna' On Feb 19th

'Akasa Ramanna’ latest telugu movie with Allari Naresh, Sivaji and Rajiv Kanakala as heroes and Meera Jasmine and Gowri Pundit as heroines. Directed by Ashok of ‘Flash News’-fame, presented by Manyam Suryanarayana and produced by Manyam Ramesh on the banner of Manyam Entertainments.Akasa Ramanna’ is all set for release on February 19,2010.It is a very good suspense movie though it not a thriller movie.

Yuganiki Okkadu Sequel to Start

"Yuganiki Okkadu" under the direction of Sri Raghava is planning for its second part of the film. The movie is a big budget film which throws up a saga that is interlaced with fictional history. In that movie Karthik , Reema sen and Andrea are played the lead roles. This movie got a good response in Telugu than in Tamil.

Arya 2 setting Records in Mallu-wood

Arya 2 has taken a super opening in Kerala. The film released in 65 screens on Friday (Feb 5), and has grossed Rs 67 lakhs in three days, which by any yardstick is fantastic!

The film has taken an M & M kind of opening in the state and is running to packed houses even in smaller stations like Perinthalmanna, Tanur in Malappuram district. Allu Arjun popularly known as Bunny is attracting basically teenagers and young children to the theatres. He has become a craze among the college girls due to his romantic image accompanied by some real fast numbers.

Says Divya Pictures Ravi, the distributor of the film: “Allu Arjun is turning out to be a phenomenon in Kerala. Arya 2 has taken the best opening of 2010 in Kerala especially in Malabar area. The film is sure going to be a super hit.”

Remember Tamil superstar Ajith's new film Asal which released last Friday worldwide could only release in Cochin area of Kerala. In Malabar and Travancore areas which form 75 percent of the box-office Allu Arjun's Arya-2 was preferred by theatres over Ajith's Asal!

“Allu Arjun, after Arya 2 has the same kind of opening a Vijay film has in Kerala” says Rasheed Kottapuram a theatre manager in Malappuram area.

In Kozhikode Apsara with a seating capacity of 1260, the film is going full, while in Thiruvananthapuram SL complex and Ernakulam Kavitha the weekend collections were around 95 percent, which a straight Malayalam film is finding it difficult to get these days!

‘Kedi’ Telugu Movie Releasing Tommorow

A classical Charismatic Hero Nagarjuna’s latest film ‘Kedi’ is going to hit the screens globally in February 12th. The film completed its censor formalities and obtained ‘U/A’ certificate. The female leads for this flick Mamta Mohandas and Linda (an American) in key role, a debut director Kiran handled the story, dialogues, screenplay as well as the direction part and Sarvesh Murari was the cameraman. Music by Sandeep Chowta are already rocking the chart busters. Nag plays the con and is said to be playing the ‘Rummy’ card game in the film.

Ram Charan Teja is doing romantic entertainer ‘Orange’ along with Genelia and Shazahn Padamsee as female leads.The flick is being directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar and produced by K Naga Babu under Anjana Productions banner has completed its first schedule at Mumbai. The next schedule is a huge one to be held at Australia. The shooting will begin from 1st week of March in Sydney, followed by Melbourne.

Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram share a very strong and good friendship. Probably that is the reason why writer turned director Trivikram has accepted to join hands with director K Vijayabhaskar again. Pawan Kalyan brought them together again after four years gap. Director K Vijayabhaskar is going to direct Pawan Kalyan’s next film with Trivikram’s script. Ganesh Babu will be producing it. The film will go to the sets from April.

Director K Vijaybhaskar and Trivikram is one of the most successful director-writer jodis in Tollywood. Together the duo had delivered hits like Swayamvaram, Nuvve Kavali, Nuvvu Naku Nachchavu, Manmadhudu, Mallishwari, etc. But Trivikram departed from KV and has built up his career as director independently with three hits in a row – Nuvve Nuvve, Athadu and Jalsa. On the other hand, Vijayabhaskar could not taste the success sans Trivikram’s script as his solo films - Classmates and Bhaledongalu bombed at box-office.

Varudu Movie producer Bagged to Road

Allu Arjun is all set to arrive with his new movie ‘Varudu’ but here is the sad side of the coin. It is heard that the producer of the movie D V V Danayya is totally bankrupt and is literally on the roads. Apparently, he had lost huge money in the movie ‘Neninthe’ which made him a pauper.

It is heard that for ‘Varudu’ Danayya had no money and it is Allu Aravind who is supporting him since it is his son in the movie. While Danayya is said to be in a depression of sorts unable to figure out how to deal with the financial crisis, there is one consolation for him.

It is heard that the movie came out really well and Gunasekhar has taken special attention to ensure that the project came out in fine manner. Even the songs composed by Mani Sharma is said to have come out well so let us hope that ‘Varudu’ will emerge victorious and gets Danayya back on track.

3 Idiots Telugu Version Pawan Kalyan -Tamil 'Surya'

"3 Idiots" is running very successfully all over the world now. It is on its way to create new records in Indian film history. Now it is going to be remade in Telugu and Tamil soon. Gemini Film Circuit bought the remake rights for a huge amount of 15 crore. Power star Pawan Kalyan or Prince Mahesh Babu or Siddhartha will be going to the leading Aamir Khan role in Telugu version. Surya will be doing the leading role in Tamil version of 3 Idiots. Hoping these two films will also be big hits. Naga Chaitanya's Em Maya Chesave 'Life Time Hit'

Naga Chaitanya, son of Nagarjuna though his debut movie 'Josh' bombed at the box office, he is now gearing up to arrive with his new venture 'Em Maya Chesave'. Now, many say that Chaitu has got the chance of his lifetime since the music for his new movie has been composed by the Chennai Mozart A R Rahman. He is now the Oscars and Grammy award winner and is totally tied up with many international assignments. Many in Tollywood say that it is a very rare fortune to have Rahman composing the tunes for a film and that way, Chaitanya has got this lucky chance.
